Powerize.com Selects Agencies

Powerize.com Inc., an aggregator and
distributor of business and financial information, has selected advertising,
public relations and ad sales agencies to help the company build brand
awareness, sponsorship sales and traffic.

Margeotes Fertitta & Partners
in New York has been chosen as Powerize.com’s advertising agency. Margeotes
is developing a multimedia advertising campaign that will roll out in major
markets across the U.S. this summer. Billings were not disclosed.

Manning, Selvage & Lee (MS&L) in New York is Powerize.com’s new public
relations agency. MS&L will consult with Powerize.com on investor relations
as well as media relations.

Phase2Media, has been chosen to sell
advertising and sponsorships on the Powerize.com Web site.

Founded in January 1997, Powerize.com says it has more
than 32 million news stories, company profiles, market analyses, research
reports and other documents from more than 10,000 sources.

Powerize.com recently announced that it was offering free, unlimited access
to full-text content from more than 2,000 of these sources to qualified
registered users.
