Seattle-based PublishingOnline.com, a publisher of digitally delivered books
and documents, retained Imagio Technology Advertising and Public
Relations
to develop and implement a marketing plan to launch the company later
this year.

PublishingOnline.com will offer
aspiring writers the opportunity to establish themselves as well as offering
previously published works through its partnerships with affiliated
publishers.

Imagio will provide advertising, public relations and Web design expertise.
Its interactive division will create and implement a Web page design that
will establish an online identity for PublishingOnline.com, providing the
company’s site with a distinct look and feel. Billings were not disclosed.

“PublishingOnline.com’s marketing strategy is two-fold. Initially, the
company is looking to attract talented authors to expand the number of titles
in its existing library,” said Ralph Fascitelli, a co-founder of the company
and director of strategic services. “Next, the company will market its site
to avid readers as an alternative to traditional books.”

Seattle-based Imagio offers a complete range of services including strategic
planning, advertising and creative development, public relations, and
interactive design.
