RadioWave.com and ENCO Systems Establish Alliance

Oct 19, 1998

RadioWave.com Inc. and ENCO Systems Inc., the manufacturer of
DADpro32, a digital audio delivery system, are cooperating to deliver
interactive radio via the Internet for ENCO’s radio station customers.

The move marks a foray into interactive media for ENCO, which provides live
assist and automated on-air capabilities to broadcast facilities worldwide.

Schaumburg, IL-based RadioWave.com, a new company that develops products for
interactive radio, recently launched The RadioWave.com Player, a media player
that offers interactive visual information coordinated with live radio
programming broadcast on the Internet. The player creates opportunities for
radio stations and advertisers to form relationships with new and existing
audiences and consumers.

“This mutually beneficial relationship not only provides broadcasters with the
tools to create an interactive presence, but will enable radio stations to
create new revenue from their core programming,” said Larry Lamoray, executive
vice president for sales and marketing for ENCO, based in Farmington Hills,
MI. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

RadioWave.com, a subsidiary of Motorola, was formed this year to deliver
interactive radio over the Internet.
