New media agency Razorfish is expected to
announce this week the 100 percent acquisition of Los Angeles based <tag> media, according to the Silicon Alley Reporter.
Razorfish reportedly positioned the acquisition as a boost to its “Digital
Change Management” solutions program.
<tag>> media was founded in 1996 by Richard D. Titus and Stephen Anspach, by
winning contract work with NASA. Other clients include Intel, QUALCOMM,
Microsoft, Jim Henson Productions, Urban Decay Cosmetics and Twentieth Century
Fox.
<tag>> media will become Razorfish LA and all staffers will become Razorfish
employees, the Reporter said. Financial details were not disclosed.
