Seth Goldstein Reportedly Leaving CKS SiteSpecific

Seth Goldstein, the founder of SiteSpecific, is actively planning a
new startup code-named “ROOT,” according to electronic newsletter “The Silicon Alley Reporter.”

His earlier creation, online ad agency/network SiteSpecific, was purchased by
CKS Group last year in a deal estimated to be worth $6.5 million.

Goldstein confirmed that he is working on a new project, but would not give
details. The newsletter quoted sources as saying the project is a high-end
concierge service for the digital elite (think Internet executives with more
money than time).

Reportedly Goldstein is closing a round of investment from
friends and family. It is not clear what role, if any, CKS will have
in the venture.
