Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company SmartHarvest is launching a product
called Download Usher that gives companies the ability to brand the download
experience, including placement of targeted banner ads during the download.
Download Usher’s Web-based interface, OpCenter, also delivers management
tools for tracking and analyzing customer profiles generated by Download
Usher.
Companies can use this information to improve their sites and create
targeted marketing programs that
increase customer loyalty and retention, the company said.
SmartHarvest was founded last May as an Application Service Provider offering
CRM applications. Download Usher is the flagship service.
