THINK News Ideas Hires Execs for Boston, London Offices

THINK New Ideas Inc. in New York said it hired two Internet industry veterans with experience in online business-to-business and customer service initiatives for positions in Boston and London.

Chia Y. Chen was named Client Services Director for THINK Boston, and Niall Cook joined the company as Client Services Director for THINK London.

Both relationship management professionals will work to enhance THINK’s account management process.

Chen was manager of customer information services at American Express and earlier managed the AT&T account while serving as account director at Modem Media.

Cook previously managed online communications projects at Union Bank of Switzerland and served clients including GE Capital, Lynch, Jones & Ryan and Motorola.
