Thomson Interactive Media (TIM)
in Stamford, CT said that Press Computer Systems LTD (PCS), a supplier of pre-
press systems for the publishing industry in Europe, will distribute TIM’s
product suite throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

Under the reseller agreement, PCS will offer TIM’s product suite — Classified
IQ, Directory Express and Sitecrafter — to its customer network under the
name WebLinker. The suite will integrate with all of PCS’s products and is
compatible with most existing pre-press systems, the companies said.

“The newspaper industry in Europe is looking for a suite of products that have
a proven track record and are compatible with existing software,” said Stan
Dziuba, CEO of PCS. “By working with TIM, we will have the ability to meet
demand and deliver to the European newspaper market a powerful set of new
online tools and solutions.”

As a result of the partnership, TIM and PCS will combine their marketing
resources while PCS will assume responsibility of sales and support. PCS will
begin marketing the product through its distribution network immediately.

TIM is part of Thomson Newspapers, a division of the Thomson Corp., which had
annual revenues approaching $6 billion in 1997.
