Thunder Lizard Productions said that this year’s second Web Marketing ’98
conference will be held Oct. 13-14 at the Marriott Crystal Gateway in
Washington, DC.
Web Marketing ’98 will examine all aspects of Web marketing, with sessions
covering e-commerce, online advertising, customer service and measuring
results.
Conference speakers include: Omar Ahmad, Webmaster and director of Web site
infrastructure at Netscape Communications Corp.; Glenn Fleishman, founder of
the Internet Marketing Discussion List; and Mara Lipacis, editor in chief at
ChannelSeven.
Also featured will be a pre-conference workshop entitled “Web Essentials for
Marketers: the Inside Story on How Web Marketing Works,” presented by Jim
Sterne and Glenn Fleishman on Oct. 12.
