Recruitment company TMP Worldwide named Jeffrey C. Taylor as chief executive officer of TMP Interactive.

Andrew J. McKelvey, chairman and CEO of TMP Worldwide, said all of TMP’s
interactive properties, including the company’s career sites The Monster Board and Online Career Center, will now report to Taylor.
He will be responsible for building the company’s existing interactive
properties and for developing and branding new Web-based products and
services.

Taylor was the founder of The Monster Board. For the past three years, he
served as executive vice president of TMP Worldwide’s Interactive Division,
spearheading the development and marketing of Internet products relating to
the company’s recruitment and yellow page businesses.

Taylor joined TMP Worldwide in 1995, when the company he founded, Adion Inc.,
was acquired by TMP. Adion was a specialized recruitment advertising agency
that built an Internet presence as a means of offering a more sophisticated
recruiting tool for its clients. Taylor is currently attending Harvard
University’s Executive M.B.A. Program.
