HotelView Corp., a
subsidiary of Visual Data Corp., and Pegasus Systems Inc. agreed to
incorporate HotelView video hotel ads into Pegasus’s TravelWeb, an Internet reservation
service.

TravelWeb users will now have the option to see full-motion videos with
narrated descriptions of select hotels, the firms said. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.

HotelView Corp. produces and hosts the videos. The video tours, or vignettes,
can be seen at the hotel’s own proprietary Web site; at TravelWeb; at
HotelView.com; and through HotelView’s network of hyperlinks to other travel
sites.

The companies explained that all the user needs to access HotelView is a Web browser and Real Player.

Hotels already featuring HotelView video tours on TravelWeb include The Ritz
Carlton Laguna Niguel, San Francisco Hilton & Towers and Marriott’s Camelback
Inn Resort, Golf & Spa in Arizona.
