Unique Media Services in Columbia, SC, which operates the Unique Media Network, signed a sales
representation agreement with WinShareware.com.

“WinShareware.com brings The Unique Media Network another high quality
computer wise audience” said CEO Michael Weiner. “They are focused and adept
Windows users; a coveted demographic for many of our advertisers.”

WinShareware.com was originally
launched in September 1995 as “The ’95 Shareware Page.” As it grew, it was
relaunched as “Shareware95.com.” With the release of Microsoft’s Windows 98,
the domain name was changed to the current WinShareware.com. The site now
claims more than 4.1 million impressions monthly, and is a source of shareware
for hundreds of thousands of tech oriented application seekers on the Net.

“The agreement gives WinShareware.com access to Unique Media’s professional
national sales organization and representation at the key agencies whose
advertisers can benefit most from our audience” said HyDencity CEO Cameron
Bulakhanpour.

Unique Media now claims half-a-billion impressions per month and more than 12
million unique visitors. The network features interactive neighborhoods
focusing on Sports, Games, Travel, Technology, Singles, Weather, e-Commerce,
and Alternative Lifestyles.
