WiseAds New Media Names Three Top Executives

E-commerce advertising network WiseAds New Media Inc. named Eisen Jo
Casaclang as executive vice-president/chief financial officer; Bill Gerneglia
as chief technology officer; and Andrew Witty, vice president/advertising
sales.

Casaclang, a 20-year industry veteran, joins from Cyberian Outpost where he
was director of finance. He was previously with Elsevier Engineering
Information.

Gerneglia was most recently VP/computer systems and quality for Engineering
Information Inc., of Hoboken, NJ, where he managed the company’s 25-person IT
department.

A former professor of computer science with SUNY Farmingdale,
Gerneglia also served as president/ CEO of Graphics Technology Labs from
1990-1994.

Witty comes to WiseAds from Lycos (by acquisition of Wired Digital), where he
managed national accounts and sponsorships. He also served as Eastern
advertising manager for CNET and was president of direct response sales for
Livingston Direct.

WiseAds New Media was founded last February by Evan Stein and Jason
Cohen as an ad network focused on targeted ads for e-commerce operations.
