DataMark Holding Inc., of Salt Lake City, said its WorldNow Online Network Inc. subsidiary
signed an affiliation agreement with The Ackerley Group’s KVOS-TV 12, an
independent television station in Bellingham, WA.

The station reaches the British Columbia Lower Mainland market, the second
largest English-speaking television market in Canada. Financial terms of the
arrangement were not disclosed.

WorldNow provides its television station affiliates with both local and
national Web-based advertising and revenue opportunities in content areas
such as e-mail, classifieds, music, movies, travel, finance, dining, and
automotive.

WorldNow television station affiliates will promote and drive traffic to
their own Web site and their own co-branded WorldNow content sites through
on-air television advertising. WorldNow is creating a network of
interconnected Web communities that are promoted by its local television
station affiliates.

These agreements increase WorldNow’s number of affiliates under contract to
26, with an additional 15 stations under signed letters of intent expected to
sign contracts in the next 30 days, the company said.

DataMark recently entered into an agreement to acquire Digital Courier Technologies, a provider
of Internet and Java-based software solutions and owner of WeatherLabs Inc., an online weather
service company. The company also owns and operates Books Now, an Internet book retailer.
