MobileWord Communications in New
Rochelle, NY, named ad veteran Guillermo (Will) O. Suarez as director of
marketing.
He will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing communications
and channel partnerships for the company, which develops and markets online
office solutions
Suarez’s key areas of responsibilities will include all aspects of the
company’s advertising, new product development, sales promotion and public
relations. He will also manage tie-in promotional activities, as well as
overseeing all trade show and event marketing efforts, and the development of
new channel partners whose existing business is complemented by MobileWord’s
digital age solutions.
Suarez, 34, joins MobileWord with more than 11 years experience in the
advertising industry. Prior to joining the company, Suarez was vice president,
management supervisor at Lowe & Partners/SMS, New York. Prior to joining Lowe
& Partners in the fall of 1995, Suarez spent more than six years at Griffin
Bacal Inc., a subsidiary of DDB Needham Co.
MobileWord clients include Reuters, Societe Generale, Deutsche Bank, ITT
Hartford, TBWA/ Chiat-Day and Young and Rubicam.
