AGENCY.COM said it appointed Monica Fried to the newly created position of Director of Marketing and PR.
Fried, former Director of Marketing at GFT USA for EMANUEL/Emanuel Ungaro, will be responsible for directing AGENCY.COM’s external marketing efforts, and will oversee press relations and management of the corporate Web site.
In her previous position at GFT, Fried developed the marketing and advertising strategy for women’s apparel company EMANUEL. She has also held positions at American Express Travel Related Services in the Card Marketing division, and began her career at Young & Rubicam.
“As we expand and evolve as a company, we have a tremendous opportunity to communicate our vision and plans externally,” said AGENCY.COM CEO Chan Suh in a statement. “With her extensive marketing experience, Monica will be a great asset as we continue to define our identity and increase awareness of our company and our clients.”
