Acer Claims It’ll Have First Chrome OS Netbook

Google’s lightweight, browser-based operating system, Chrome, made waves at the same time it made its first public appearance last month. Now Acer — which has a successful line of netbooks under its belt — is vowing to be the first PC maker to market a Chrome OS-based notebook. HardwareCentral takes a look at Acer’s ambitious plan.
