Rx.com became the latest entrant in the online pharmacy
wars, launching an online store featuring more than 3,000
over-the-counter healthcare items, with more than 1,200 new products being
added to the site weekly.

Rx.com said it will provide online retail prescription medication
capabilities to consumers in the coming months. The prescription area will
include detailed information on healthcare products, medical news and
treatment information, interactive updates on drug regimens and 24-hour
access to pharmacists.

“Unlike other online pharmacies,
we fulfill each and every order at our own facilities, which gives us
complete quality control,” said Joe Rosson, president and CEO of Rx.com. “Rx.com offers free delivery of all OTC and
prescription orders over $30.
