AnswerThink Consulting Group, a
knowledge-based consulting and technology implementation company, and Rockwell Electronic Commerce Division
(ECD), a supplier of integrated call center solutions, entered a strategic
alliance.

The companies said they will provide custom application development, package
integration, data warehousing and other integration services for Rockwell’s
line of integrated call center solutions, including Spectrum Automatic Call
Distributor (ACD).

Rockwell ECD, the leading supplier of call center and customer relationship
management solutions, will work directly with AnswerThink’s Customer/solutions practice. AnswerThink provides consulting and systems integration support for sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Jake Chacko, director of strategic planning and business development for
Rockwell Electronic Commerce, said that the match of Rockwell’s technology and AnswerThink’s knowledge-based approach “allows our mutual customers to
seamlessly integrate individually tailored, best-of-breed-solutions into their call centers.”

Rockwell’s Electronic Commerce Division is a supplier of call center systems
and personalized electronic commerce applications.
