CARV.com Inc. signed an
agreement
with Shopnow.com to include CARV’s

“CARV.com’s agreement with Shopnow.com is yet another one of the many ways
we are planning to penetrate and capitalize on the global reach of the

provide
another excellent opportunity to generate even more traffic to our
Skatesurfsnow.com site. . .”

Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed. The company already has
deals with iMALL, America Online, Yahoo! and Buyitonline.com. Drechsler said:
“Due to the ever growing increase of Internet sales and the participation in
action sports, we feel confident in our direction and look forward to the
exposure and generated revenue that these e-commerce based companies will
provide.”
