CDuctive.com said it plans to develop a custom CD store to be located on the Rolling Stone Network and JAMTV Web sites.

CDuctive.com, a custom compilation CD Web site, and JAMTV Corp. said they
will work together to create a unique version of the CDuctive.com store. The
partnership will offer visitors to Rolling Stone Network and JAMTV a selection
of exclusive tracks picked by Rolling Stone Network editors from CDuctive’s
catalog.

Custom CDs will be offered at a discount from the regular retail price.
CDuctive.com’s original site will remain unchanged. Financial details were not
disclosed.

“We looked at several custom CD sites,” said Tom Cohen, head of business
development for Rolling Stone. “We like CDuctive’s exclusive music catalog and
their focus on cutting-edge genres.”

“CDuctive’s custom CD store is great for our audience,” said Howard A.
Tullman, CEO of JAMTV Corp./Rolling Stone Network. “Our viewers come to us for
music and information, and now they can take the music home with them.”

CDuctive’s online store is designed to allow customers to browse the
catalog, listen to
streaming audio, create a custom CD, and complete their purchase using a
secure server. CDuctive signed exclusive licensing arrangements with over
100 record labels, and features music from groundbreaking artists such as Roni
Size, Goldie, DJ Spooky, Cold Cut, Howie B., Xecutioners and Todd Terry, among
others.

JAMTV Corp. operates Tunes.com and the Rolling Stone Network, independent music and music information sites.
