E-commerce transaction services company CyberSource Corp. signed
a product integration and marketing agreement with Art Technology Group , a provider
of CRM and e-commerce products and services.
The agreement extends CyberSource’s existing relationship with ATG and will
result in a “highly integrated” Internet commerce solution set for both B2B
and B2C customers, the companies said. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.
CyberSource and ATG will work together to integrate the CyberSource Internet
Commerce Suite and the ATG Dynamo e-Business Platform.
“This new product integration effort is a natural evolution of our
relationship and demonstrates the goal of both companies to provide a very
tightly integrated Internet commerce platform for our joint customers,” said
Tracy Wilk, vice president of product marketing for CyberSource.
“The combination of our solutions is a powerful, proven e-commerce platform
for online merchants,” said Rich Caplow, director of product marketing at ATG.
“e-businesses today are required to launch quickly. ATG and CyberSource are
helping accelerate customers’ time to market as a result of this collaborative
effort”
Shared customers include Bluelight.com, Miadora and Rx.com.
The CyberSource Internet Commerce Suite includes credit card services,
electronic check services, gift certificate and promotional services, a fraud
screen enhanced by Visa, fulfillment messaging, delivery address
verification, digital delivery, digital warehousing, policy compliance and
export compliance.
The open architecture Dynamo e-Business Platform provides businesses with the
core platform and software tools required to develop and deploy personalized,
scalable e-commerce Web sites.
