GoOn-line.com Signs to Use Real Networks Solution

GoOn-line.com, which is developing an online mall site featuring products
that have traditionally only been available from infomercial companies on
broadcast television. signed an agreement to use RealNetworks as the streaming video
software provider for its planned CyberMart.

GoOn-line.com, a subsidiary of Jones Naughton Entertainment Inc., said it is
currently finishing the bulk of the Web site’s technical construction and
will provide online sampling of site features no later than the first week of
May.

The site will be a full-featured e-commerce operation providing a variety of
products showcased in a multimedia shopping experience.

Through its incorporation of RealNetworks media technology, consumers will be
able to see and hear RealAudio and/or RealVideo clips from the GoOn-line.com
site with a click of the mouse. Financial arrangements between the companies
were not disclosed.

Chico, CA-based GoOn-line.com said it is preparing to unveil an Internet
marketing plan designed to funnel consumers into the Web site through the use
of traditional media advertising such as print, radio and television.
Additionally, the company is seeking e-commerce marketing alliances, joint
Internet ventures and cooperative strategies with other Internet companies.

Jones Naughton is an information technology company focused on combining
traditional marketing methods with the latest advancements in Internet
technology. Through its COMMUNITY MARQUEE Division, Jones Naughton provides
interactive advertising and media buying services and has begun installing
Internet kiosks in public locations across the country.
