GoTo.com, Netscape Extend Partnership

GoTo.com, which provides e-commerce services to Web
site partners, Wednesday extended its relationship with the Netscape Net Search program for another
year.

The Net Search program is designed to assist visitors to the Netscape
Netcenter and users of the Netscape Communicator
browser software find products, services and information quickly, easily and
efficiently. GoTo Search, a pay-for-performance search product, now becomes
a preferred search provider on Net Search.

In addition, Net Search page users are able
to access GoTo Shopping, a comparison shopping product.

Ted Meisel, chief executive officer, GoTo.com, voiced pleasure regarding the
renewed agreement.

“Relationships with key Internet properties such as Netscape are
an important part of our strategy to partner with the leading sites on the
Web,” he said.
