iMALL Inc. announced the
election of Richard Rosenblatt, chief executive officer, to the additional
post of chairman of the board.
He succeeds Craig Pickering, who resigned to pursue other activities but will
remain a director and consultant to the Studio City, CA-based company.
Rosenblatt, co-founder of the Internet commerce, education and services
company, served as executive vice president and a director of the company
from its founding in January 1996 until his election as chief executive in
July 1997.
iMALL maintains one of the largest independent shopping malls on the Internet,
as well as providing Internet e-commerce services, Web site design, site
hosting, and training.
