iMall to Use Couponing from IQ.COM

E-commerce service provider iMALL Inc. signed a deal to integrate IQ.COM’s
coupon functionality into iMALL’s store building solutions. Financial terms
were not disclosed.

This is the first “extended service” iMALL intends to integrate in its small
business e-commerce solution, expanding the services its channel partners can
offer their customers.

Initially, the coupon app will be deployed with iMALL’s new iSTORE Wizard as
a solution its partners can offer their small to mid-sized business
customers.

IQ.COM is an online promotional service enabling retailers with a Web site to
initiate and manage marketing campaigns. Merchants are able to create coupons
using IQ.COM technology.

Once the coupons are created, they appear on a
merchant’s site at a designated location and can be modified at any time. Visitors to the
merchant’s site can then print the coupons and redeem them at the merchant’s
brick and mortar location.
