InXsys Broadcast Networks, a provider of
online advertising and auctioneering services, will change its name to BuySellBid.Com Inc. in a move to better
reflect its goals.

The decision is subject to shareholder approval.
InXsys Broadcast Networks, which will become a division of BuySellBid.Com,
will continue to develop turnkey Internet commerce solutions for its customer
base of 1,600 media partner Web sites.

“We hope to be a leading developer of multimedia e-commerce solutions that
enable site hosts and visitors to buy, sell or bid on the Web,” said Laurence
Norjean, president and COO of BuySellBid.Com. “This name change, reflecting
our ideal of becoming the best choice in turnkey e-commerce solutions, marks
a new beginning for our company.”

BuySellBid.Com, founded in 1996, has signed exclusive agreements with its
equity partners NBC and other outlets in TV, radio, cable and magazines to
provide co-branded multimedia classifieds and auctions for its customer sites.

The company currently offers BuySellBid.Com Classifieds; BuySellBid.Com
Auctions, a localized auction system with live capabilities and chat;
BuySellBid.Com e-Shopping, which includes individual shops and online malls;
and Date Channel, an advanced Web singles
system.

BuySellBid.Com said last month that it has formed a joint venture with
Citicasters, a division of Clear Channel Communications, to create original
audio and video programming for the Internet called KIISFMi, which will
launch in September.
