M&A West Acquires Assets of Internet Marketing Associates

M&A West Inc., which develops, invests in
and operates Internet and technology related companies, has acquired 100% of
the assets of Internet Marketing Associates Inc.

Internet Marketing Associates owns more than 50 Web sites and domains
representing e-commerce opportunities in finance, online gaming, retailing
and other avenues. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of these assets provides us an excellent opportunity to
strengthen our recently acquired subsidiaries,” said Scott Kelly, president
and CEO of M&A West. “We plan to integrate domains such as Luckydeck.com,
Footballsportsbook.com and dozens more into our recently acquired subsidiary,
VirtualWagering.com, as well as
integrate domains such as Healthkingdom.com and Nutriclicks.com into VirtualGroceries.com and
Virtualappraiser.com into Virtuallender.com.

M&A West’s current investments include Virtuallender.com Inc., Workfire.com Inc., e-business and Web
design firm Digital Bridge Inc. and Linux
developer and distributor OpenExpress.com Inc.
