Internet development and holding company M&A West Inc. has acquired the online dry
cleaning site, Netdrycleaner.com.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Netdrycleaner.com will provide a selection of professional dry cleaning,
tailoring and laundry services to online consumers.
The site is being
developed in conjunction with Digital Bridge Inc., an e-commerce
and Internet marketing subsidiary of M&A West Inc.
“We’re confident that this acquisition will blend well with our recently
acquired VirtualGroceries.com online
grocery site,” said Scott Kelly, president and CEO of M&A West.
“We hope to
roll out a full-service, nationwide online delivery service for groceries,
dry cleaning and other consumer products.”
M&A West’s current investments include Virtuallender.com Inc., Workfire.com, e-business and Web design
firm Digital Bridge and Linux developer and distributor OpenExpress.com Inc.
