Mjuice.com, the Web’s largest secure MP3 store, today announced a two-year
agreement with Philadelphia-based hip-hop record label ANTRA Records.

The
partnership will begin today with the online release of advance tracks from
Kurupt’s new album, “Tha Streetz Iz a Mutha.” Dogg Pound member and hip-hop
innovator, Kurupt will be featuring several top-name guests on his second
solo outing, including Daz Dillinger, Dr. Dre, Warren G., Snoop Dogg,
KRS-ONE, Nate Dogg, Soopafly, Xzibit and Organized Noise.

ANTRA C.E.O., Jospeh M. Marrone believes “this venture is essential in the
promotion of urban music and I’m glad we’re affiliated with one of the more
innovative MP3 companies on the net.”

Through Mjuice.com’s retail secure digital MP3 format, the company is
bringing new independent and major label talent to the Web. Unlike
proprietary music security formats, Mjuice.com’s MP3-based secure song files protect the online distribution rights of music artists and music companies,
and deliver high sound quality, condensed file compression and player
compatibility.

“In addition to making it
easy for our fans to find ANTRA Music online and helping us reach a broader
audience, Mjuice.com developed a secure MP3 format that helps protect our
rights and the rights of our artists,” said Darryl Lindsey, Kurupt’s product manager.
