Netcentives Unveils Outsourcing Services

San Francisco-based incentive marketing operation Netcentives Inc. launched a suite of
new products and services for outsourcing that build on the company’s ClickRewards Shopping Network.

New programs include Netcentives Custom Loyalty Networks, which are
privately
branded loyalty networks for major brands and portals; ClickRewards@Work,
bringing the incentive currency of ClickRewards to the enterprise; and
Netcentives Professional Services, the company’s e-commerce architects,
available for integration and application development in support of
electronic business.

“Our products are a powerful hybrid of technology, operations, services and
partnerships,” said West Shell III, president and chief executive officer.

The outsourced solutions include software, promotion design, operational
support, technical and customer service support, tracking, measurement and
reward
fulfillment.

ClickRewards, ClickRewards@Work and Custom Loyalty Networks are all built on
a proprietary Java-based, end-to-end reward management platform called
Secure
Reward Architecture, allowing the safe exchange of promotional currency over
the Internet, the company said.

Netcentives Custom Loyalty Networks are privately branded loyalty programs
designed for portals and other consumer aggregators, such as credit card
issuers and community sites. These programs include a custom-branded
currency, customized reward catalog, member registration, tracking and
redemption processes, statement presentation and redemption and fulfillment
programs, among other services.

ClickRewards@Work is a Web-enabled corporate incentive program. Leveraging
the ClickRewards architecture and network of airline partnerships,
ClickRewards@Work is a flexible incentive program to drive sales, improve
customer service and encourage employees to participate in corporate
recruitment and training.
