PeopleSupport Partners With IBM, Intershop, Others

Internet customer care solutions company PeopleSupport Inc. said it has
partnered with IBM, Intershop and several other companies to provide
full-service, end-to-end e-commerce solutions for major e-businesses.

The partners include technology firms such as Kana and Intershop; systems
integrator firm XUMA; infrastructure hosting company Exodus; fulfillment
company Shipper.com, and IBM’s Web Integrator Initiative.


“Through these alliances, PeopleSupport extends its one-stop customer care
solutions to incorporate other key capabilities such as back-end e-commerce
integration,
e-commerce software applications, world-class hardware and infrastructure,
and mission-critical Web site hosting and fulfillment services,” said Lance
Rosenzweig, CEO of PeopleSupport.

PeopleSupport markets a suite of customized services including live text
chat, personalized e-mail replies, telephone services and interactive
self-help. Clients include MGM, Time Warner, Reel.com, BrandsForLess.com, CarParts.com
and Tavolo.
