Miami-based Quest Net Corp. said it has acquired Ecreditcard.com for
an undisclosed amount of cash and stock.
Ecreditcard.com specializes in providing secured credit cards for clients
worldwide with bad credit or clients that have no access to credit cards
otherwise.
Quest plans to add Ecreditcard.com to its other e-commerce sites, Wings Online, Boats Online, Cars Online , and MotorBikes Online, creating a one-
stop
transportation site for those people surfing the net for information on cars,
boats, airplanes and other modes of transportation.
As with the other sites, Ecreditcard.com will operate as a wholly owned
subsidiary of Quest Net’s GlobalBot.
“Credit and credit cards are just one of
many segments that we will be exploring for future expansion and development.
I see the potential for our model to be applied in many different areas,” said Camilo Pereira, Quest’s CEO.
Quest Net is a provider of secure, full-service global Internet and intranet
broadband digital networking solutions for businesses and individuals. It also
is one of the largest
regional Internet service providers with dialup POPs in 228 cities.
