Snickelways Interactive, a New York-based electronic commerce solutions provider, and Red Dot Interactive, a San Francisco based
electronic business services provider, formed a new strategic alliance.

Under the agreement, the companies will offer clients a full range of solutions such as Web-enabled information systems, supply chain management, and strategic Internet advisory services.

The two firms said they will jointly solicit new business opportunities and provide substantial leverage over competitors who do not have both a New York and California presence.

In addition, Snickelways and Red Dot said they see several opportunities to collectively increase their bottom lines through shared technology and production resources.

“The alliance between Snickelways and Red Dot proves that cooperation is
preferable to competition,” says Paul Cimino, CEO of Snickelways Interactive.
“We hope to break the tradition of rivalry between New York’s Silicon Alley
and California’s Silicon Valley. In essence, we are bringing the alley and the valley together.”
