StreamSearch and House of Blues Digital Inc. (HOB) have formed an alliance.

Through this agreement, StreamSearch provides direct access to all live and
on-demand content from HOB.com, including cybercasts, archived music and
interviews, downloadable audio and video live tracks, Internet radio, artist
profiles and CD reviews.

Additionally, the companies will share revenue related to the
affiliation. The content can be accessed via either Web site, and will be
viewed on a co-branded House of Blues/StreamSearch media player.

StreamSearch has become one of the first “Platinum” affiliates to House of
Blues Digital, the highest level of HOB’s four-tiered affiliate program.

“Through this partnership, House of Blues can reach
an even broader audience, and visitors to StreamSearch will have access to a
wider array of music performances and associated content,” said Rob Shambro, founder and chief executive officer, StreamSearch.
