Portland, OR-based Virtual Relocation.com Inc.
teamed with Menlo Park, CA-based real estate portal HOMES.COM to launch a new online relocation center.

Integrated into the HOMES.COM Web site, the new relocation center
offers customers a range of relocation services, from career assistance and
education information to community profiles. VirtualRelocation.com will be
the primary relocation content provider for the new site. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.

“Moving can be both stressful and expensive. By partnering with Virtual
Relocation to create a full-service Relocation Center on HOMES.COM, we hope
to make access to relocation assistance less stressful and more
cost-effective for people on the move,” said HOMES.COM President Bob Prince.

“This alliance with HOMES.COM will strengthen our leadership position in the
marketplace,” said B. Scott Taylor, president and co-chairman of Virtual
Relocation. The company also has partnerships with Yahoo!, Apartments.com and
Compubank.

The HOMES.COM Web site contains a database of more than 300,000 property
listings and 60,000 agents and brokers, comprehensive mortgage and relocation
centers, community-based and property-specific reports and information (e.g.,
demographics, schools, property values).

Virtual Relocation says it offers over 100,000 links in over 125 categories,
sorted geographically, to make moving easier.
