Seattle-based Nth Dimension Corp., publisher of Wireless Dimension, an online
shopping service for wireless consumers, completed its third round of
financing totaling approximately $8 million.
This round was led by Minneapolis-based Oak Investment Partners, with
supporting investments from IDG Ventures of San Francisco and Seattle-based
Kirlan Venture Capital.
Wireless Dimension allows consumers in the top 50 U.S. metropolitan areas to
research and compare virtually all available wireless phones and services
side-by-side, identify the package that meets their needs and buy it online.
“Working with Oak, IDG Ventures and Kirlan will help Nth Dimension succeed
in the rapidly changing e-commerce marketplace,” said Court Lorenzini,
co-founder and CEO of Nth Dimension. “This financing puts Wireless
Dimension well out in front of any other sites in this space. . .”
Separately, the company launched a co-branded site where Go2Net Network users can compare and buy wireless phones and service.
Internet users can enter the co-branded site from three of the Go2Net
Network’s properties: MetaCrawler, HyperMart and WebMarket. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.
