Microsoft Offering New Certification Programs

Microsoft is stepping up its so-called “Career Campaign” with the debut of a new set of technology exams that aim to assist IT workers in furthering their career.

The new programs are called “certification packs,” offering a ranged of tests grouped around various technologies in the Microsoft portfolio, such as Windows 7, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and XP Pro. Code Guru has the details.


In a move aimed at helping IT professionals advance in their careers, Microsoft announced a new set of “Certification Packs” — technology exams that come with the ability to retake the tests if the person doesn’t pass the first time.

The new set of exams provide discounts on dozens of Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) technology specialist tests focused on moving IT personnel further along on their career tracks.
