The Allied Group today announced that both its Strategic Technology Analysis (STA) and Mission Critical Services received certification from the SunTone(SM) Certification and Branding Program.
The SunTone Certification and Branding Program is a collaborative effort with industry-wide support led by Sun Microsystems, Inc. to promote 7-by-24 service and reliability as a norm for consumer and business Internet-based services.
The Allied Group’s STA achieved SunTone certification for Architecture, while its Mission Critical Services achieved certification for Implementation. The Allied Group is currently one of only 5 Sun iForce (SM) National Service Providers to achieve SunTone certification worldwide, and the only one to date to receive certification for the architecture of highly available and reliable e-business infrastructures.
