ARCserve 2000 Earns Windows 2000 Certification

Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) today announced that its ARCserve 2000 storage management solution for the eBusiness enterprise has earned the Certified for Windows 2000 logo for Windows 2000 Server and Advanced Server.


“ARCserve 2000 is designed to take advantage of the entire Windows 2000 architecture, allowing customers to protect their mission-critical data assets with minimal effort,” said Philip Treide, vice president, storage solutions, CA. “We will continue to work closely with Microsoft to deliver the tools necessary to build and operate high performance, high availability eBusiness infrastructures.”


According to CA, ARCserve 2000 is an integral component of CA’s family of storage solutions, which offer business continuity through end-to-end backup capabilities, including serverless backup, total SAN support and online “hot” backup.
