INRANGE Technologies today announced today that it has completed the sale and transfer of its 7-VIEW SS7 Surveillance Monitoring Technology system to TTI Telecom International.

The company said this is a strategic milestone in INRANGE’s announced plans to migrate the company to a `pure play’ storage networking company. The agreement includes transfer of the 7-VIEW technology, complementary signaling technology, and licensing agreements for an undisclosed sum.

“The agreement with TTI Telecom has great synergy and was a great choice for us in light of our customer base,” stated Greg Grodhaus, President and CEO of INRANGE. “We had historically been partnered with TTI Telecom in our accounts to provide the high-level management systems that ran on top of our 7-VIEW infrastructure, which means that our joint customers now have a one-stop partner to ensure crisp delivery of new features and streamlined support.”
