Network Appliance Expands Customer Service Support In Asia

Storage services provider Network Appliance, Inc. this week announced the opening of its Network Appliance Global Support Centre (GSC) in Singapore to serve Network Appliance’s customers in the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide.

According to Network Appliance, the Asia Pacific facilities supplement its existing U.S. and European-based Global Support operations, field personnel and certified service providers. Network Appliance plans on being able to provide customers worldwide, 24×7 technical support through its global network. The Centre will consist of technical and customer support teams and escalation engineers.

Dan Warmenhoven, CEO of Network Appliance, said, “We are one of the leading enterprise storage providers throughout the Asia/Pacific region. As we grow our new and highly innovative support organization here, we will make the necessary investments to support our Asia/Pacific growth and business objectives.”
