Procom Technology Partners with IBM Global Services

Procom Technology, Inc. this week announced that it has entered into an agreement with IBM Global Services. As part of the agreement, IBM will provide Procom’s U.S. customers who are under contract with 24/7 onsite installation, warranty and post-warranty service for all NetFORCE(TM) products.


“With the introduction of our latest NetFORCE models, it has become imperative that we align ourselves with a service partner that offers broad data storage expertise, proven field experience and state-of-the-art technical skills,” said Jack Bonne, vice president of worldwide sales and technical support, Procom Technology. “Procom has delivered on the promise of a unified storage platform capable of both file-level and block-level data access. By teaming with IBM, our customers can tap unparalleled service and support for their storage assets — and all that this implies in terms of increased savings, manageability, scalability and data availability.”


Larry Buonocore, national sales executive, business alliance sales of IBM Global Services, said, “We are looking forward to offering the product support services to implement Procom storage products for users across a broad spectrum of applications.”
