SAN Valley Systems, a provider of Internet Protocol (IP) storage area networking (SAN) remote connectivity solutions, today announced the completion of interoperability testing with the SAN Valley SL1000 IP-SAN Gateway and QLogic Corporation’s SANbox switches and SANblade host bus adapters (HBAs).
“By bridging QLogic Fibre Channel SANs with the SL1000 IP Gateway, SAN Valley opens up a new world of shared data access,” said Frank Berry, vice president of marketing, QLogic Corp. “Connecting existing IP and Fibre Channel networks simplifies life for end users who need to get the right data quickly.”
