Based on the @ccess Data Protection family of services, the company’s remote offerings are available via a remote direct or Internet connection. All data is stored and managed at one of the company’s Storage Network Access Points – ensuring a highly secure transport and storage environment.

The @ccess Data Protection family of services, according to Storage @ccess allow users to backup mission critical data from a direct connection, a remote direct connection or from an Internet connection. The service is easy to use and affordable with minimal set-up time required. Storage Access offers individual account support through a customer portal for online help desk, additional storage request processing and distribution of information and updates to the base service.
