According to the companies, StorageTek brings a comprehensive storage solution, including tape, disk and storage management software, that delivers a rich media content management repository, while Centerseat has developed an interactive multimedia technology framework that enables companies to integrate their information systems with time-based rich media assets (i.e. video, audio, animation, text, web pages, and other business-critical collateral) in a contextual and synchronized manner.
