Quantum-ATL and Tech Data Corp. to announced that they have entered into a distribution agreement whereby Tech Data will act as a distributor for Quantum-ATL midrange DLT library systems in the United States. Tech Data plans on distributing Quantum-ATL products to its customers, including dealers, resellers, value added resellers and mail order resellers, as well as affiliates and subsidiaries, immediately.
“We are extremely pleased to have entered into this agreement with Tech Data, which is one of the most successful technology distributors in the United States,” said Kevin Daly, president and CEO of Quantum-ATL. “This will allow us to penetrate additional market segments and substantially increase our access to key resellers.”
According to the companies, the agreement was signed on the 13th of this month.
