Western Digital Opens Customer Service Center in Canada

Western Digital Corp.
today announced the opening of a Customer Service Center in
Ontario, Canada.


According to Western Digital, the Canadian service center eliminates the need for international customs processes and additional freight charges associated with shipping product into the United States. Western Digital hard drives requiring service from
Canadian customers and resellers will now be processed within Canada.


“Western Digital is committed to offering the highest level of customer
service and support to customers worldwide,” said Arif Shakeel, Western
Digital chief operating officer. “We have long been recognized for our
superior service and we plan to duplicate these capabilities worldwide,
creating a new standard in customer service worldwide.”
