[Toronto, CANADA] RSL COM Canada has rolled out a high-speed DSL
Internet service designed for small and medium sized businesses in
Ontario and Quebec.

With speeds of up to six Megabits per second, the new service
operates up to 150 times faster than a conventional dial-up
connection.

According to RSL, businesses have a growing need for dedicated and
instant access to the Internet, and to enrich their online
presence. “We are pleased to satisfy this demand with the launch of
our suite of DSL services,” said president and chief executive
officer David Alsop.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, RSL COM Canada offers a
choice of an asymmetrical (ADSL) or symmetrical (SDSL) Internet
connection.

In addition, the company can customize an integrated telecom bundle
that includes e-mail and Web hosting, local phone service, long
distance calling plans, and data networking solutions all from one
reliable source.

RSL COM Canada’s DSL services are currently available in the greater
Toronto and Montreal areas, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and
London, with other regional markets in Southern Ontario and Quebec to
be added in the near future.

Future expansion of DSL services to Western Canada is also planned.

RSL COM Canada is the Canadian subsidiary of RSL Communications
(Nasdaq: RSLC), a provider of integrated data, Internet, and voice
telecommunications services to markets around the globe.
