ISV aggregator Systemsfusion Inc. announced Monday (Nov 27) that E-xact Transactions Ltd. (CDNX:EXZ.U) has joined its EDeN network of outsourced applications, allowing E-xact’s Speedy Merchant real-time merchant account processing service and transaction processing software to be distributed to participating SPs.
“Partnering with E-xact allows us to provide our customers with another means to differentiate themselves from competitors and maximize their own customer value. EDeN users can now offer their customers real-time transaction processing capabilities for e-commerce activities,” said Nevo Hadas, president of Systemsfusion.
Speedy Merchant provides EDeN users with the ability to directly access merchant accounts, which are required for any retailer wishing to accept credit card payments from customers. Using Speedy Merchant, retailers can obtain a merchant account and begin taking orders within seconds of applying. Integrated into EDeN, E-xact’s services and software allow users to offer e-commerce transaction processing to their e-tailing customers, as well as automatic processing of monthly recurring charges. Customers also receive real-time, browser-based reporting, giving them access to detailed point-of-sale information via the Internet.
Systemsfusion’s EDeN hosted distribution channel gives service providers an efficient framework for procuring, paying for, distributing and managing hosted applications. By giving providers a choice of applications to offer their customers, it eliminates the need for providers to seek out and secure the applications themselves. By presenting those applications under an integrated management interface, it also frees providers from the time and expense of performing integration duties.
Applications can be grouped into packages and priced in any way the service provider desires, delivered from the provider’s own servers or those of a third-party, and billed in any manner of the provider’s choice. Providers can aggregate applications and services from partners and third-party networks as well as from the EDeN channel.
